hi, This is little complex... i have Ant script which calls 'devenv.exe' to compile a project written in .net 2005. Here a third party dll is used(it was developed in .net framewrk 1.1. and i'm using framewrk 2.0) When i compile the project from solution explorer, it compiles without any error. But when i do it by using devenv.exe, it says that it can't locate the dll...below is the error: "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Microsoft.Common.targets : warning MSB3245: Could not resolve this reference. Could not locate the assembly "signdll". Check to make sure the assembly exists on disk. If this reference is required by your code, you may get compilation errors." can anyone tell why this happens?
