permissions to folders of a web application

hi all, i have a problem in asp.net, i have 2 folders in my application and i want to give permissions to the folders thru web.config file so that based on permissions to folders access will be given to them can someone suggest me which section i need to use to get this functionality

Use Authorization section from web.config file to aturorize to perticular users. u can use tag to deny to perticular users.
