      I presume you mean "Microsoft Certified Professional Developer" (MCPD). You need to pass the exams that lead to this certification. The answer is on the MCP section on the Microsoft website. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/default.mspx[^]

          The MCTS is a stepping stone to the MCPD. I would start with the TS and then continue from there.
