But your last night is not the same as mine - I'm still catching up!! Speaking of deja vu (all over again) I just got a call from my wife at home complaining that the printer didn't work! :)

That's weird. My printer doesn't work either.

No one man can tackle the hydra that is the HP support website. (Fortunately at the current prices I can just take a mallet to it and buy a new one - which is what HP recommend)
