just don't try running full screen via synergy. You'll minimize the app the moment your cursor touches the edge of the screen. :mad::omg: Multiplicity doesn't have that defect but is windows only and is commercial software.

It's a focus problem as I understand it. Synergy removes focus from the current application on the monitor you leave - probably to to help you see the active monitor easier (which is nice), my first guess would be setting focus to an invisible /size(0,0) window. FullScreen applications usually don't like this - IIRC it keeps you out of trouble with DirectX, too.

Never figured out how to run it so it doesn't need manual configuration after start, no matter in which order PCs are started. But maybe running it as a service does the trick...

hmmmm... create config file, test, start as service if working, works like a charm for windows. Linux is a little more tricky, but not much more.
