Can we convert Visual Studio VB to Visual Studio C++?

Since Visual Studio can create different project of Visual Studio VB or Visual Studio C++, can we convert a project Visual Studio VB to project Visual Studio C++? If so how can I do it? Certain methods will not be converted 100%, but it will be corrected faster than create a new C++ from the scratch! Thank to any help! :doh:
