maybe you haven't noticed, but CP have been migrating to a new version. some stuff have been deactivated though, but are planed to come back as soon as possible. the votes in the messages page have been reported in the suggestions forum, and is definitely one of them. so be patient.

I only used the message scores to regulate the dosage of my medication. If I get a lot of 1s then it is time to up it a lot of 5s then reduce it. (For those who can't take a joke, I am not on medication; :p)

Do you mean the list of messages posted by a member? (Something like average score for articles) Or was it on the user profile page itself?
