I can load the page, and im in the UK. Besides, its not the nationality you want, its the location.

Try also the longer version of the same URL: http://babelfish.altavista.com/ or you could try going through a http based proxy ( search google for the phrase "Start browsing through this CGI-based proxy" pick one of the hits, and then enter the babel url into its form ) Is it that the site's being filtered by the Chinese government for some reason? -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!
