Overrated

Being a Christian is way overrated. All I ever got was nothing but agony in return for hours of Bible study and Church. Why did I give 10% of my earnings to that scam!? :(( I must say that after an excellent Friday evening filled with debauchery, my soul is back to it's happy old self. Nature intended us to drink alchol at upscale bars and boink hot women. For anyone thinking of becoming a Christian, here is a word from someone who has tried it: Don't do it. Now if I could only get those Bible study Christians to stop calling on me..

LOL There was this crappy orchestra in my street today ringing on everybodys doorbell and asking for money to play their crap music, so I opened the window and played some heavy/death metal really loud. They gave up pretty fast too :laugh:

I guess this is evidence of what I said before - unless you actually become a Christian, there is not much benefit in trying to live like one. It's just too hard. I should know, I tried for two years. I'm sorry you didn't respond to my prior posts. I seriously doubt from what you've said here that you are/were a Christian, and I reiterate that, were you to become one, you would not find it a struggle to live like one. However, if you're not interested in doing what the Bible says, then there is no benefit in knocking yourself on the head, you may as well go out and do whatever you feel like. I hit the weights hard and heavy (couple of hours a day, 6 days a week). At 5'11", I was 200 lbs with a 32" waist. I wore the tightest jeans and tshirt I could get into and strutted around praying for someone to be interested. Guess what?! Not a single bit of interest for months! No matter how great I made my body, NOBODY seemed the least bit interested. Then one day at work, a beautiful older woman comes up to me and starts flirting with me. Talking about how my long blonde hair makes me look like a star, etc, etc. I play it cool and *she* asks me out. Asks me if I have a tuxedo. I lie and say yes. I leave work on cloud freakin' 9. I stop at the grocery store. I see a fine looking girl. By this time, I *think* I walk on water. This time I instigate the talk. Find out she's new in town. I tell her there's a rock group playing this weekend and ask if she wants to go. I can also show her around town - her being new and all. She's down for it. We exchange numbers. 2 for 2. Now I *know* I walk on water. I'm heading over to the Blockbuster. This cute "hispanic" girl is having difficulty trying to query the counter person as to a good comedy. I figure I'll show off (after all, I'm high as a kite at this point) and start speaking to her in Spanish. Oops! She's Iranian! No biggie. I'm way too confident at this point to even be embarrassed about such things. We have a good laugh together. I walk over to the comedy section with her and show her some tapes. We're done and just as she's turning to leave, I ask her for her phone number. She hesitates a brief second and looks in my eyes. I don't budge, looking deep into her eyes. She reaches into her purse pulls out a pen and writes her number down. Another date. The point to all this is that after months and months of killing myself training and not one girl showing any outward signs of interest, one little tweak in attitude and I get three dates in about a 4 hour period!
