Changing Boot Disc
-
I've a Windows 2000 Server which currently has two phyiscal hard disks. The partitons look a little like this:- Disk 1 (60GB) ======= c:\ 2GB (used to be Win98) Boot Partition d:\ 30GB (mirrored onto disk 2) e:\ 10GB (Windows 2000 Server System Partition) f:\ 18GB (stuff) Disk 2 (30GB) ======== 30GB mirror of d:\ What I want to do is copy d:\ to a new 60GB disk, use Disk 2 as the system boot partition, and then mirror my new 60GB disk onto the current disk 1. Is is imperitive that the Windows 2000 installation is not corrupted in any way as it runs my entire network. Can anyone give any pointers about the best way to do this? I can get access to Partition Magic if needs be.
