Three occupants - a manager, a software engineer and a reliability engineer were driving down a winding road when the car left the road, rolled down an embankment and came to rest against a tree. The first occupants, a manager, suggested that the three of them convene a meeting to see what was the cause, what was their current situation, and what could be done about getting the car back on the road so the journey could be continued. The second occupant, the software engineer, suggested that the probable cause was that the assembly plant was not writing their software in compliance with ISO and SEI standards, there was a computer malfunction, and they would have to re-write the computer's code before continuation of the journey could be accomplished. The third occupant, the reliability engineer, suggested that they manhandle the car back onto the road, re-establish the conditions that prevailed at the time of the accident, and see if it (the accident) could be successfully repeated. :-D

And the LAN Administrator just shuts down that Virtual Server session and restarts it, hopefull that these three idiots don't repeat the same mistake and just drive off the freakin' road again!

The project manager scheduled a conference call with all involved parties, plus insurance company car manufacturer highway safety police department fire department local hospital all parking lot attendents within two miles of the accident location managers of all nearby strip clubs those three might have visited
