      Which beta do you have ? If you have the VS2008 beta, there's no automatic conversion process, but b/c VS2005 will open a website from a folder, you should just be able to point to the folder and then see what happens

              True. Visual Studio trial versions normally have a 180 day expiration period right? I think the asker is bit ambiguous in his query and needs to refine/clarify.

                Actually this has been developed 2 years back.. at that time they were using this version. now they want to convert this in to VS 2005.. Currently this project is not running in VS 2005.. i want to make this project to run in Framework 2.0
