I am working on an application that requires the Help forms that are commonly seen in a windows application, but I do not have any idea how to go about it. I believe that there is some module somewhere in Visual Studio .NET to do it. There are three tab strips composed of: Contents, Index and Find. The Contents tab strip has expandable and collapsible menu items. The Index tab strip provides the ability to search through all of the Help items in the Contents tab strip. I tried to find an article on the subject, but I could not find anything on it. Could someone kindly point me toward the correct resource or article on how to get started?

I think you're thinking of Microsofts WinHelp system http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_WinHelp[^] There are compilers available for it. Google for Microsoft's Help Workshop. WinHelp does not come with Vista, it requires user download a separate viewer for Vista. WinHelp was replaced with "Compiled HTML Help" format. (CHM) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Compressed_HTML_Help[^]) which is supported on Vista, but MS are now planning to stop work on that too and are moving to Assistance Markup Language (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Assistance_Markup_Language[^]) So take your pick, there's 3 options there. :)

What you need is Microsoft's HTML Workshop.
