So this is my third clean install of XP Pro. It runs fine through an administrator account, but when when one logs on as a user, IE enters long, deep sleeps while visiting Hotmail.com and Windows Messenger refuses to start up. How do I cure this bitch?

Heeeey, I've seen the same symtoms in my XP setup! I think its a problem with Messenger: the hotmail site will try to start Messenger using automation. Let me know if you find anything! VictorV
