More a slip of the tongue than a joke

The person in the video said "Now what we have what some are reading is a suggestion that somebody knock off oba..osama um obama ..well both, we could *laughs*". The part after the slip of the tongue was obviously a joke, but this is splitting hairs. The point the video made is how unprofessional fox news is.

No more or less than any other news broadcaster that makes mistakes: happens all the time: they're called bloopers. Besides, picking on Fox is a little unfair: they all have bias whether or not they admit to it which is why I channel hop for news: try to get a full picture and if the odd joke is made or someone fucks up, so what? That's entertainment...

You're so intellectually dishonest ... and, in case it's not clear or you don't properly understand English, to be "intellectually dishonest" is worse than to be a mere "liar."

Is engaging in 'hyopcrisy' worse than merely 'lying?' [Ravel: "Um. Yes?"] How can this be? "Isn't ['hyopcrisy'] a form of lying?" The difference between mere, or general, 'lying' and 'intellectual dishonesty' is like the difference betweeen tactics and strategy.

I think it was more to do with the "joke" that it would be good to "knock off" Obama. While bloopers do happen this additional comment was not part of the blooper. The blooper had already happened at that point.

And why do you imagine that WormBait's unique, thoughtful and entertaining "insult" (one really must call that an "insult," with scare-quotes) deserves better? Where is it written that I am required to put more thought into the comebacke than you children put into the "insults?"

It is implied by your asserted intellectual superiority. And, where did I say the OI deserved better?
