Well, we're not going to see the rest till 2009 cuz of the writer's strike, but it's been an interesting season so far. The final 4 of the 5 are supposed to come out of the closet tonight...that ought to be interesting. Tigh is probably gonna get punched some more :)

Yeah I'm looking forward to it immensely. Interestingly BSG is at the leading edge of a trend I can see spreading big time: It's now broadcast here in Canada on the "space" channel at exactly the same time as in the U.S. on the sci fi channel. Normally shows that originate out of the U.S. aside from broadcast network shows on cbs, abc, nbc etc are delayed by months before they come to Canada. Same thing with UK originated shows but reportedly the Space Channel realized they were losing viewers big time who were simply watching the episodes broadcast in the U.S. online. The tv broadcasters have to make some fundamental changes pretty quickly before it becomes widespread knowledge just how irrelevant they all are these days.

Canada is just not that relevant as an independent market, so since half of us are watching American satellites anyway, why not just go with the flow? :) I agree, broadcast television is on its way out...it's just too inconvenient. Half the telcos are drooling over bittorrent and half are fighting it...that kind of thing is the future though. It doesn't help when Sci-Fi streams the show as a preview at noon from it's own website :)

Sweet! Thanks for the reminder. Always forget to watch on Fridays for some odd reason (), and end up having to watch it on the web with lag.

 I hesitate to admit this but...whenever I see a guy on a bicycle riding along with a case of beer I immediately think that he lost his license for drinking and driving.
