Are they valid reasons though? If the developer didn't violate any terms of the AppStore agreement then how is apple justified in pulling the his application?

Think about the consulting companies that would have rushed to create "Solution Offerings" to install the software by their certified "I am rich" consultants as per "Industry leading best practices" ;P

No, "I wanna look richer than I am". It's always going to be a bigger market :) Advertised price $500 dollars but you get a 95% discount for being among the first 100,000 to order. :laugh:

Sounds like you should apply for my "I am rich" official installer accreditation course, can be taken over the internet, you get a genuine framed certificate and everything. It only costs $499. (cost is per hour for 4 hour course of course :laugh: )
