Yesterday I had an interview. It was a horrible event to me. In every second the interviewer tried to prove me what I don’t know. :( Now I think there are two types of interviews. One is to understand what we know and another is to understand what we don’t know. It depends on the mentality of the interviewers

I usually deliver the 3rd kind - the one where I try to find out if somebody is actually suitable for the job. Shocking isn't it?
