I am thinking about purchasing a X360, but am not sure which edition would be more appropriate for me. I definitely exclude Arcade from the list due to its lack of a HDD and the fact that it's essentially a stripped down console. I see there is a new version of the Premium edition (Premium Pro) which has a 60GB hard disk instead of the former version's 20GB. There's also the Elite edition which is a lot more expensive and I don't know if it's worth it. I hope that somebody will be able to help me out and shed some light on this. Here's my situation. I don't have a HD TV, in fact I don't even have any plasma/LCD TV. I have a 20.1'' LCD widescreen (16:10) monitor which I would like to connect the XBOX to. I have two DVI inputs in here and can easily switch between the channels by a press of a button, so in DVI-1 I have my PC, but I'd like to connect the console to the DVI-2 port. I saw a HDMI->DVI cable somewhere. I may buy a new TV (most likely HD Ready) which will have HDMI ports, but not sooner than in about 7 months. I don't intend to store movies on the console's HDD, I don't intend to store music either. I think 60GB is perfect, right? I know that Premium Pro also has HDMI, Elite has a different color, 120GB hard disk and a wireless headset for multiplayer, right? Is there anything else? Which edition of X360 would be the best fit for me? EDIT: According to this[^] page (haven't seen it before, Polish website sucks I am dumb and can't navigate), it looks like the only differences between Premium and Elite are: - 60GB vs. 120GB - color (white vs. black) - no HDMI cable in the Premium edition If that information is accurate I guess Premium makes sense in my situation.
