I was thinking of my fresh and tasty sourdough bread I make at home but if you want to go in the gutter... :)

Haven't had them. I prefer my cheeses off of a plate and ideally in large quantities :D

Apple pie with cheese? You're sure that works out to be good? :~ I'll need to try that if you give me a positive reply.

You should try Halloum (not grilled just white) or Cow milk Keshkaval with water melon. Brilliant.

Man, this sucks! I'm nuts about cheese, I'm just totally wacko when it comes to the stuff. My wife just came back from her shopping expedition and she came back with the following: 1. Stilton cheese (this will be the first time I try this :yum:) 2. English Red Cheddar, so sharp it'll make slices out of your tongue 3. English White Cheddar with berries I can't wait till I can try them :D

Cheese is milk that has been pre-digested for you.

Imagine that you are hired to build a bridge over a river which gets slightly wider every day; sometimes it shrinks but nobody can predict when. Your client provides no concrete or steel, only timber and cut stone (but they won't tell you what kind). The coefficient of gravity changes randomly from hour to hour, as does the viscosity of air. Your only tools are a hacksaw, a chainsaw, a rubber mallet, and a length of rope. Welcome to my world. -Me explaining my job to an engineer

I'm serious - it's really quite good. (You understand that the cheese is served as a slice on the side - you can eat the apple pie, and then the cheese, or vice-versa, or both at once).

                Best wishes, Hans

Well, I kinda thought the cheese would be stuffed within the pie too. So, I'll be trying this out when I eat an apple pie next. Thanks for the recommendation. :)

Sounds strange, but I'll try that out. Thanks for the recommend, keep 'em coming. :)
