          I recall watching a documentary about the SwissAir Flight 111[^] that crashed due to faulty wiring in the entertainment system. Granted, that was [edit] probably [/edit] a retrofit job in those days, but anything having to do with an electrical fault on an aircraft is something to be concerned about.

              Wait just a minute!!! Are you saying that those TV-machine things can be switched ON?!?!?! Wow. That's almost as big a revelation as when I found out that computers can be switched off!
