Generate chart in ASP.net, OWC or Interop.Excel

Hi all, I want to generate and display chart and display it over web page. I have checked few options such as Google chart, ZedGraph and office excel component. I am looking for some open source instead of any proprietary library. I found office excel library a better option to proceed. Now in that again I got confused with different types of available libraries such as Office Web Component (OWC) and Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel. Please someone tell me which is the better way to generate chart in ASP.Net. Also I need an option to export generated chart to excel. Note, I don’t want to export image generated. Thank you,
