If you mean films about the Internet then 'The Net' is probably my favourite. It's not often I enjoy a chick flick so it must be pretty good. If you mean films only or mainly available on the Internet the I'd say 'The Money Masters' is probably about the most interesting, relevant and well made of the grainy You Tube variety.
