I have been using 1&1 for a domain registry for years. They use to be $5.99 then last year some time moved to $6.99. Today, I see they have jumped to $8.99! I have around 35-40 domains so it gets a little spendy. Guess they saw fuel prices and figured they could do the same :( Anyway, I am looking for an inexpensive decent registry again. Any suggestions?

I use GoDaddy. I used to use someone else but they went out of business and took one of my domains with them and I cannot get it back :(

Something to consider, as many domains as you have, you might be able to get a volume discount if you ask. Dunno if they'd go for it, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. I'm using godaddy for the same reason as Ennis, but since I only have a single domain the cost's not a real issue for me.
