As you know according to recent changed it is required to leave a message if you are voting one or two for an article. While it is better than nothing, I think it will result in univoters voting three for an article. I suggest that it is required to leave a message for every vote. Well, except when voting 5  What do you think?

You don't want someone to vote one for your article with a reason 'Bad Idea' do you? So why are you doing practically the same thing?

It's okay. It can still be abused by the one voters.
