Today, for the first time in years, listened to Siouxsie & the Banshees, especially Kiss Them for Me, which moves me to tears purely because of Siouxsie's voice, and now I'm listening to MAN WITH NO NAME[^], which I find equally moving, but the first moves my persona, the second actually mechanically manipulates how my brain operates. One appeals to the heart, the other to mind. And, no, I haven't taken any more than my regular dose of prescription drugs, and a few pints. :-\
