Programming so upsy-downsy, no more need for manic-depressive conditioning! Got a feature done yesterday that was a bugging showstopper before, did my little :jig: Today got drowned in discussion of color palette, and feature creep, and the next feature on the checklist is almost impossible without major digging up strangers code. Yuck.

I love being a programmer. I love my job and I love C++, I love COM, XML, recordsets and I love being around another 20 programmers all day, every day. ...and to top it up, I love getting payed for all this. "Hey man, Taliban, Tali me Banana."

If a programmer has an "itch" he can "scratch" it. Being able to create stuff is the awesome aspect of programming; it's great seeing your app being downloaded and used by people all round the world! The other advantage of programming is that it can be done outside the office and still be fun. A lawyer does not go home and go do lawyerly things for fun. We do. My day job is programming but when I get home I go on to write more code coz it's fun to do. bibamus, edamus, cras moriemur
