Looking at your sig I would suggest Partition Magic (<in_a_lower_voice> otherwise use yast2 </end_lower_voice>). But remember that no such software is fail proof. btw do a full defrag first. Regards, Venet. Donec eris felix, multos numerabis amicos.
I haven't used PM yet but I have tried a few others and they say up front that NTFS is destructive. Venet wrote: But remember that no such software is fail proof. I always to a backup in case, but I have had some luck resizing FAT32 and was hoping I wouldn't need a full reinstall -:suss:Matt Newman / Windows XP Activist:suss: -Sonork ID: 100.11179

I have successfully resized NTFS partitions under NT/2K on multiple machines using Partition Magic 6. I created the Boot Floppies from the CD and then (obviously) boot from them and off I went. It all worked perfectly, but that doesn't mean you won't have problems. "You can't seriously believe that you could get away with suing someone over quoting text from a message posted in a public forum, can you?" - John SimmonsI've doen this with Partition Magic 7.0 twice with no difficulties. But I'd recommend doing a full defrag first and backup if you can. Regards, Brian Dela :-)
