Sql severe connection problem

Dear All, I am working on a web site when i loading my web application the following error is acquiring i have written con in web.config file of web site and i am using OLEDB provider i am coding in vb.net An exception of type 'System.InvalidOperationException' occurred in System.Data.dll but was not handled in user code Additional information: The ConnectionString property has not been initialized. Kindly tell me what should i do?
