Win7 VPC

I just found a torrent for Windows7 virtual pc image. Is it legal to download this torrent and use it? I didn't go to PDC so I dnt have the Window7 image so I dont know whether it is good or not. Or should just wait until Microsoft pushes it for all to download from its sites?

The Win7 Beta 1 comes out on january 7 i think, or somewhere around there. Until then, yes, it is illegal to use it.

Why care? It's only a VPC image anyway - it's not like you're going to install an illegal copy of windows, it's already installed.
