Thanks for reply..i already use webservice for sending sms..but now i want to send sms on specified date time whether your application is running or not..sms should be sent..

I am not sure that I can explain more clearly. My point was 1 - Create a console application 2 - This console application should communicate with necessary webservice(or whatever it is) to send SMS. 3 - It should exit automatically once finished. 4 - Put this console application exe on your server and schedule it using windows scheduler. Was that enough?
