-20F (-28C) this morning. Subtract a few more degrees to compensate for the wind and it is a damn frigid morning. For any of you who have never experienced this kind of cold... it physically hurts to be outside. Who else had a freakin' cold morning?

+5/-19F this morning. Thankfully most of the snow had fallen by midnight and I didn't have to shovel my car free this morning.

I am not sure what the temp is here (Pittsburgh PA) but I know it is well below freezing (0C) and probably below 0F. [EDIT]My local nbc affiliate says it is 3F and it may warm up to a toasty 12F.. http://www.wpxi.com/index.html[^]l [/EDIT] [EDIT2]At least it is not snowing. There was a light snow most of the day yesturday making leaving work a real adventure since there are no road crews to be found anywhere in the city. I drove home for approximately 20 miles and the first sign of any work done on the roads was when I got to my neighborhood...[/EDIT2]

I have experienced -37C once. I bought myself a hot Pica from the nearby bakery and for less then 2 minutes walking back to the hotel it becomes a frozen stone.

-20F (-28C) this morning. Subtract a few more degrees to compensate for the wind and it is a damn frigid morning. For any of you who have never experienced this kind of cold... it physically hurts to be outside. Who else had a freakin' cold morning?

Not as bad here, 1F and no wind -> YET. Tonight it's supposed to go down to -5F with a 20MPH wind - wind chills going down to -25F. It's not North Dakota type stuff, but damn cold for south-east Michigan.
