Readers Choice Idea

Their are some people at CP whose longevity and articles make them corner stones of the community. It would be interesting to be able to give these people the ability to select a "Readers Choice" article and then let those of us without such stature subscribe to those articles. I think it would be interesting certainly to see what Chris liked or Shog or Nish. Thoughts?
