Memmory allocation to perticular method

Hi freinds. I am working in asp.net. I have one method that generates large PDF file from html string. When i click to generate pdf file, it consumes 100 cpu so my application goes down. I want to allocate memory to this process to complete its task. Can anybody guide me regarding this issue? Thanks Imrankhan
