Hi, I'm looking for an open source web based issue/bug tracking facility. I want to be able to keep track of support issues (usually when a customer rings with a problem) and bugs that customers or we ourselves find. Some reporting functionality would be a big bonus but is not strictly required (yet). Can anyone suggest/recommend anything? Thanks.

I would vote for Bugzilla. It can be accessed via the web, so both customers and you can keep track of the reported issues. You do have an option of getting emails when new issues are logged in. However, you need to manually create the reports!!!
