Don't be silly - it's way past time. Best thing to revive NYC's economy would be able to reclaim all that prime untaxable real estate and rent it out. And the disappearance of all the diplomat's cars that double and triple park, leaving their engines running because they know they can't be tickets would be good for the air quality, too.
