    Have any face the following problem- I have 2MB lease line connection but as I click on a link on any page in my browser. It stop responding for 8 to 10 seconds. I am using Windows 2000 Prof with IE 6

        A couple of possibilities come to mind. A slow or damaged DNS service, a clog in the upline from your ISP to the next level, etc. Pop over to the Operating Systems forum and provide more detailed symptoms and I'm sure our local wizards will find an answer for you...
