So, here's a question. If you went to a psychiatrist, and they deemed that you needed care for, say bipolar or schizophrenia, would you then qualify, due to a disability ?

No, they would have to sign something saying that I am incapable of functioning in a way that allows me to work, and take care of myself. They would not do that because I appear to be (and am) an intelligent and capable person.

The program that would (and probably is) paying for his health care is called Medicaid, is funded by the Feds but administered by each state and is open to the poor and the lazy, not the old, or the pregnant (pregnancy is not covered by Medicare, either, actually, but he knows no more about pregnancy than he knows about any other aspect of sex.) Even I was affected by the group mentality, I was afraid to talk to him unless I had something mean to say because I thought everyone would start attacking me too.
