If you really think about it. Our civilization is built like a pyramid. The majority of joe blokes down at the very bottom taking orders from the people above them (their bosses, police, and people of that nature). As you go up the stepping stones you get to more powerful people (the bosses boss, chief of police, ...). As you go up you get to state governments, big bosses of bigger businesses, and so on. Up at the very tip top you have the global elites, the big guys of the biggest international corporations, people in charge of the worldwide central banks, and so on. They look down upon you like you are scum. They are your gods, they control the worlds money, they make the laws, they make sure you are getting your fair share of chemicals and are making sure you think the way they want you to think. There have been research, studies, and experiments on the use of chemtrails to alter the earths atmosphere and modify the weather. It has been used in war, approaching hurricanes, and general experiments conducted without the permission of the people below of course.
