Work on something else. Right now at home I alternate between an XML wrapper in C#, and ASP.NET site that supports it, and an Asteroids game in SVG. If I get tired of one, I work on another, and the first task sort of percolates in the back of my mind and I'll suddenly have the answer to what I was doing.
