Over a week of consuming copious amounts of alcoholic beverages has finally concluded, due to my heinous lack of dollar. Finally stopped about 10 this morning after I passed out, again. I now have the mother of all head-aches. I seem to have acquired a rather exuberant amount of bangles from somewhere, I hope I wasn't fraternizing with ones mortal enemy, the gypsies. [Added] I must explain why I don't like gypsies. They moved into my Rowing Clubs car park a couple of weeks ago and haven't left.

If at first you don't succeed, you're not Chuck Norris.

I thought I had the Mother of All Headaches just a few hours ago, but I just realized that I forgot to eat or drink for about 16 hours. Isn't a human body supposed to warn the mind that it must take decisions that lead to eating food when it's low on fuel? Maybe this is why my BMI is 15.8 ..

I'm afraid that part of the brain was co-opted for programming duties. Normal service should return in 52.7 years.

But won't I expire before that time? I heard a well-known CPian calculated a number like 50 (or so) years?

If things are the way you described them, returning and re-investing the empty bottles should keep you going for another day... :)

Unfortunately we don't have cool system like that in the UK. Don't you have to pay a deposit on the bottle itself, on top of the content, as an incentive to return it?

Yes we do for some bottles, it is 20 to 30 eurocent per bottle. Others are collectible without a refund. :)

Sorry. Lost interest. I don't like German cars.

I wanna be a eunuchs developer! Pass me a bread knife!
