Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me out with a bit of research that I am trying to do in to Sharepoint. I've done the usual googling and searching through MSDN but either I am going blind, or there doesn't seem to be much information on the question that I have. The organisation that I work for provides training to clients across the country. At the moment, we gain feedback from those course delegates by putting a paper form in front of them to complete. We're thinking this isn't overly effective, and we'd like them to be able to send feedback in via a Sharepoint portal, during their own time. That part, I can easily do. But to encourage users to actually give their feedback, we'd like Sharepoint to automatically generate a Training Certificate for that user, once they've completed their feedback form. That certificate could then either be downloaded, or e-mailed to them. Is this something that would be possible with Sharepoint? I've no problem getting my hands dirty with coding, I'm just not sure if it's the kind of thing that it's designed for. Any help much appreciated :) Paul.
