Basically what it does is when using mouse scroll wheel it scrolls whatever window is under the mouse cursor instead of the active one. No more clicking on the application if you need to scroll it a little. Also works great in both explorer panes - file pane and tree pane, previously I had to always click on tree pane of file pane to scroll it, no more. This program is a life saver if you have more than one monitor and work with lots of windows open.
