You get 100% participation level by downloading yourself a big file (over 800Mb) using the localhost technique I have shown. Kazaa 2.0 exclusive only. Also KazaaLite 2.0 has been released lately (ad free).
She's so dirty, she threw a boomerang and it wouldn't even come back.

Also, make sure to exit from Kazaa when you aren't actively downloading - that way others can't find you. There's an option to disable uploads:goto "Tools" select "Options" select the "Traffic" tab and check "disble sharing files with other kazaa users"
When I see an uploader doesn't share any (valid) file, I generally eject him/her. Use overnet instead :) Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you do criticize him, you'll be a mile away and have his shoes.

problem with programs like Kazaa - they open ports on your pc. As mine has a 24 hour ADSL connection I'm not going to trust Kazaa to protect my pc. I take my own measures, including firewalling it. In a better world I wouldn't have to, but unfortunately people will take advantage if they find a hole. I don't want my pc to be used as a robot by crackers to get into other's networks. :suss:

It is a definite no-no to run BITMAP as a user command. Your nose will grow, your lawn will die, your hair will fall out, and your first-born will marry an aardvark. Shame on you!
