I use bing for cash back. I think that is the only thing it is good for.

You mean you get money to use Bing?

Replace the word "Bing" in the subject with something else, and I might be interested...

http://news.cnet.com/8301-13860_3-10409175-56.html?tag=mncol I wonder how many people switched back to google. It also a bit sad that MS can't even keep its own search engine up and running. Don't they have a test environment to try all the changes before they put changes in production?

The bigger question is how many people may have noticed it in the first place. Who is using Bing anyway? ;P

I would think so but in my experience no matter how much you test in the test environment something escapes to production. This might be one of those things.

I am...as well as one in every 10 people using the internet (bing has a 9.9% market share last I checked which was a couple weeks ago). Very rarely do I ever switch back to google for searching anymore. Thier news and maps are still superior to bing though.

It's the machine that goes "bing", but without the machine.

I've set it as home page, for the nice picture :) Sometimes I accidentally use it for search, but the results are rather appaling.

Of course it's appropriate. They both deserve it when they goof up. I doubt either really cares but it provides us a little fun.

Replace the word "Bing" in the subject with something else, and I might be interested...

The bigger question is how many people may have noticed it in the first place. Who is using Bing anyway? ;P

I would think so but in my experience no matter how much you test in the test environment something escapes to production. This might be one of those things.

I much prefer Bing for normal searches. The Google maps are better, but I rarely use Google any more.

It also a bit sad that MS can't even keep its own search engine up and running. Don't they have a test environment to try all the changes before they put changes in production?

If Bing gives you a Page Not Found error, does it help to search for it with Google?
