I just found myself still using Courier (not even Courier New!) a whole 10 minutes after commencing a mental experiment to try it out for the first time in 10 years or so. Beat that if you can!

Hhhmmmmmmmm......well, I'm not sure. Although I do like how a zero is crossed through. Maybe it'll grow on me. I'll give it a test run.

Still better than Comic Sans. Anyone using that is an arse. Especially in business uses! Another thing that grinds my shit to a fine paste is people who will type a letter in one font, then use a different font for the signiture, then back to the original font underneath the signiture, thusly... Yours sincerely, Dalek Dave Dalek Dave And when the font used (where I have italicized), is Blackadder or Edwardian, I think it a) looks awful and b) indicates you are too lazy to sign the letter, so I am too lazy to read it, in the bin it goes. (Under British Law an Unsigned Letter has no legal existance).

I had no idea that was the case. (Boom boom!)

If you fax or email the letter, how is a cursive font signature less valid than a scanned, real signature?

It is no different, which is why scanned/faxed/emailed letters are not legal. That is why Solicitors always get you to sign things, in ink and where necessary, stamp and impress them. (I do not mean impress as in make them go WOW!). Plus as I mentioned, it looks stupid.
