Get Control at Point in another Window

Hi all, I am trying to get hold of a control (context menu item) that the user has clicked on in another window. Let me explain some more: I have wrote a VSTO add-in which has a mouse and keyboard hook. The hook checks for any combination of shift+delete. So in Outlook, when the user right clicks on an item, then holds the Shift key in while clicking the Delete context menu item the hook fires, but it will fire even if the user hasn't selected any items. :( It will fire on every Shift(Key) + Right Mouse button click ... this is not right :thumbsdown::thumbsdown: So I am trying to get hold of the "Delete" context menu item within Outlook so that I can know when the user is actually trying to delete something. Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance.
