I don't know about October 2001 or earlier versions, but later versions use the IE Favorites folder.

Hi Brain, The IE favorites folder is under profiles directory. However, i cann't find the MSDN file in that directory, but HTML files that i put as my favorite internet sites. Could you,please, check it for me? Thanks, Dudi

Yes, we are talking about MSDN library (and HTML Help Control Version 4.74.8875). I read that the MSDN Library favorites are stored as URLs to information inside of HTML Help files (.chm files). What is the name of this file?
