What is the best database document tool you've ever seen or used? Here's what I'm hoping for: - Diagram support showing relationships, pks, etc. - Can auto-update after schema changes - Can document individual columns other cool features I haven't seen yet? I know I can google this but you can't google personal experiences very well...yet.

I actually like the tools that come with SQL Server 2008. The relationships viewer works great, and prints nicely for the design folder, and the browser tool gives me all I need to see about the nodes I'm viewing. Neither exports a pdf or doc file that I know of, however, so the value is limited. If I ever need to distribute my documentation, though, I plan to print it to a pdf creator program like CutePDF.
