I've been racking my brain to remember what the term is, but have finally admitted defeat (and have therefore accepted booze). Google provides many interesting links, but not the one I'm looking for... ...so: What is the correct term for when, given a solid plate of armour - let's say 12" of steel - gets hit by a munition, the munition bounces off apparently harmlessly but on the other side the plate suffers severe trauma launching large chunks of metal/splinters/"dangerous things" at the folks the armour was supposed to be protecting?
